Let's talk about women's grants or women's college grants. A number of women have subconsciously programmed in their young minds, that they are destined to have their own families. These women ended up getting married at a young age and started to have kids. This seems to be a normal cycle for most women. Their being complete as a woman is defined by getting married. Now, when reality sets in, most of these women realized that they were not fully happy with their decisions. They disregarded their own dreams and are now challenged by their financial situation. Women who were not able to finish a college education can surely get a job. But they end up in jobs that do not pay well. Jobs that are not even enough to provide for their kids. Women who are this kind of situation do not realize that there are school grants that are applicable to them and not just to high school kids. All they have to do is to research and act on these available grants or scholarships that can help fulfill their dreams and help them get jobs that will help augment their husband's earnings. One of the foundations that can help women finish their education is the Jeanette Rankin Foundation. This foundation offers support to women with low income that are more than 35 years old to continue their education. The grants are worth $2,000 and will surely help women to ameliorate their lives. Improving not only their families' situations but most especially their own lives.

The Possible Woman Foundation International provides $2,000 to $4,000 of educational grants and scholarships for women who need to improve their skills in order to be competitive in the job market. These women had to leave their work to give birth or take care of their kids. They need the necessary skill upgrade for them to become more successful once they join the workforce. There is also the Educational Foundation for Women in Accounting that offers financial aid ranging from $1,000 to $5,000. The grant is intended to help women who want to pursue a post-graduate degree in accounting. As for those who have want to improve on their undergraduate degrees, the Selected Professions Fellowships offers between $5,000 - $20,000. It targets specific courses namely: engineering, architecture, math, statistics, computer and information sciences. These fellowships are sponsored by the American Association of University Women. If you noticed, a lot of these scholarships help women to pursue degrees in math or science. Do not be dismayed since there are available financial aid grants that target artistic women. There is the College Art Association that offers $5,000 fellowships for applicants coming from marginalized communities of artistic professions. Also, there is the National Sculpture Society that offers $1,000 to women who want to study culture. A lot of women sacrificed a better future just to fulfill their childhood dreams of having their own families. Teen pregnancy caused some of them to quit school. For some, out of their financial situation, that they simply cannot afford, a higher education. Nowadays, there are no more excuses for women. Women's grants and college grants for women are here. They are now empowered to rectify their past mistakes and improve their lives.
